At Sud Express, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a garment doesn't meet your expectations, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return it for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your customer account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your return label.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached, back into the original shipping box or a secure alternative.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or Sud Express boutique.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
